This includes recruitment, onboarding, probity and compliance, training, development, coaching and performance management. All field staff report to our Service Delivery Manager, who they are delivering high quality care to your clients.
Induction and Training:
All new field workers undergo comprehensive induction training to ensure that they understand the requirements and expectations of their role as a support worker. This includes face to face training, online training and buddy shifts completed with an experienced worker. Post induction, field workers are provided with ongoing coaching and development opportunities to further their skills and capabilities.
Our experienced and skilled Workforce Management team and can manage all your workforce scheduling needs. Rapid provides effective workforce management solutions including rostering and scheduling, award interpretation, labour cost management, fatigue risk management, leave management, time and attendance, employee self-service portals, and workforce analytics.
Payroll:Rapid can manage the payroll function for personnel who have competed shifts as part of this service agreement. Rapid are responsible for Payroll tax. .

Rapid will monitor the day-to-day operations of the contract to ensure adherence to contract terms and the standards and regulations in which we operate under.
We can provide comprehensive reporting on all client engagements. This can include detailed shift reporting, outlining the interactions, activities and observations of the young person. We will also provide detailed incident reports in accordance with our Incident Management policy and the Mandatory Reporting Guide and your requirements.
