No. There is no minimum volume required to apply. You can join as a Referral Partner (Tier 1) regardless of how many checks you expect to run each month. As your volume grows, you’ll automatically qualify for better pricing and rebates at higher tiers.
Rebates are calculated based on your total check volume for the period — the more checks completed, the higher the rebate rate. Tier 2 partners receive monthly rebate payments. Tier 3 (Strategic) partners receive quarterly payments. Rebate statements are available in your partner dashboard and paid directly to your nominated bank account.
Yes. Partner accounts can be structured with sub-accounts or cost centres for different clients or business divisions. This means you can manage checks on behalf of multiple employer clients from a single dashboard, with results and invoicing clearly separated by account. When using the candidate-paid option, the candidate is charged a competitive rate for their check — comparable to the standard individual pricing on our platform. You as the partner do not carry the cost. The exact candidate-facing price depends on the check type and is displayed to the candidate before they confirm. White-labelling is available for Tier 3 (Strategic) partners. This allows candidate-facing communications and check invitations to carry your branding rather than Rapid Screening’s. It is particularly popular with larger recruitment firms who want the screening experience to feel seamless with their own onboarding workflow.
